When approached by a client to help design a unique dining experience, Jenni draws on her creativity and food safety knowledge to create a memorable event. Whether it’s an Ice Cafe´ or a meal overlooking the river, she spends hours making sure the end experience is delightful, safe and one of a kind.

Jenni believes that a beautiful dining experience isn’t just about the food. She’ll help you merge your front of house atmosphere with the menu through her network of local artisans and suppliers. It’s not just the food that needs to be Instagrammable these days!

The global pandemic has led to challenges all throughout the food and hospitality industry and Jenni is eager to address each one as it arises. The Desk for a Day package she created for Wanuskewin allows guests to work, worry free and inspired by views of the Opimihaw Valley.
